When ordering in Kiev, you can choose the "Fitting" service. If you cannot decide on a product or size, we will bring you up to 10 pieces of jewelry to choose from with a free fitting.

To avoid scratches, we recommend that you keep your jewelry in its original packaging, or in the pouch that comes with each piece, and avoid contact with other jewelry.

We recommend cleaning silver and gold jewelry with soapy water and a soft bristled brush. After you wash off the soapy water with plenty of water and dry thoroughly, the garment will look like new.

Traces of oxidation may appear on silver and gold when exposed to air. This reaction can be exacerbated by the interaction of substances with your skin that have a certain Ph level. As a result, silver can take on a dark hue, while gold can take on a crane tint. Cleaning jewelry requires a visit to a workshop or cleaning yourself with a soft suede or special tissue.

What packaging are the products delivered in?

We pack each piece of jewelry in a separate box and branded bag. The box comes with a velvet bag for storing the product, a cloth for cleaning,  care instructions, a product certificate that confirms the quality of the materials.

I have pieces with rose quartz, but the stones on one of them are noticeably lighter. Why?

We use only natural stones, the color of which may vary depending on the place of production. Stones have characteristics that make them unique and unusual. Small differences and inclusions, micro-traces of other minerals that a stone may include, make each stone unique and special.
